Responsibility:
- Foster a positive work environment by engaging employees and addressing their concerns, thereby increasing team morale and overall productivity.
- Knowledge of how to manage and track employee-related financial matters, such as reimbursements, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify strategies for enhancing team productivity and effectiveness, offering insights and solutions.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement, assisting in the development of tailored training and development plans.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies by implementing proactive measures, addressing violations, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance appraisals and offboarding.
- Knowledge of how to deal with conflicts and create a healthy environment.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.
- Knowledge of KPIs and KRAs and how to manage them.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on HR-related activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage employee information and all responsible things related to hiring and firing candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, showcasing proficiency in employee engagement, conflict management, and accounting tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and impactful communications.
- Strong accounting skills, with experience in managing financial aspects related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate employees, driving team productivity and positive work culture.
- Demonstrated discipline and punctuality, consistently delivering work on time and meeting deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing employee data and generating reports.
