This License Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of all proprietary software, internal tools, and related materials (collectively, the “Tools”) provided by or on behalf of Defenzelite (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Tools, you (“Licensee” or “you”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, as well as Defenzelite’s general Terms of Service. 1. Grant of License

Nothing in this Policy or any other agreement with Defenzelite shall be interpreted to grant you any rights to or in the Tools or their source code, except for the limited license granted herein.
3. Restrictions
3.1 Prohibited Actions

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organization of the Tools.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) or labels associated with the Tools.
Use, copy, or modify the Tools in any way not expressly authorized by Defenzelite.
Sub-license or otherwise make the Tools available to any third party (including through rental, hosting, or outsourcing services) without prior written consent from Defenzelite.
3.2 Export Restrictions
The Tools may be subject to international trade laws and export controls. You agree to comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations when using or transferring the Tools.
4. Protection of Integrity and Source Code
4.1 Security Measures
You must use reasonable security measures to protect the Tools and any associated source code or documentation from unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorized Access
You agree to immediately notify Defenzelite if you become aware of any unauthorized use, access, or disclosure of the Tools or any infringement of Defenzelite’s intellectual property rights.
5. Breach of Policy and Enforcement
5.1 Immediate Termination
Defenzelite reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your license (and all associated rights) if you fail to comply with any provision of this Policy, or if Defenzelite determines, in its sole discretion, that your actions have the potential to harm Defenzelite’s legitimate interests.
5.2 Legal Remedies
In the event of unauthorized resale, unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or any other violation of this Policy, Defenzelite reserves the right to:
Pursue legal action, including seeking damages, equitable relief, or injunctive relief to prevent further violations.
Seek compensatory, punitive, or statutory damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Enlist law enforcement authorities where applicable.
5.3 Penalties for Resale and Misuse
Unauthorized resale of the Tools may subject you to substantial civil liability, including financial penalties, court costs, and attorney fees.
Misuse or unauthorized disclosure of the Tools or source code will be treated as a serious offense and may result in both civil and criminal proceedings, depending on the jurisdiction.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Definition of Confidential Information
All elements of the Tools, including source code, documentation, and any internal processes, are considered Confidential Information.
6.2 Obligations
You agree not to disclose, provide, or otherwise make available any Confidential Information to any third party without the express written consent of Defenzelite. This obligation remains in effect even after termination of your license.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Tools are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defenzelite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use, incurred by you or any third party, arising from your use of or inability to use the Tools, even if Defenzelite has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Defenzelite and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of this Policy, (ii) your misuse of the Tools, or (iii) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
9. Modifications to the Policy
Defenzelite reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. We will post the most current version of this Policy on our official website, and your continued use of the Tools following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
