Attendance and punctuality: Employees are expected to arrive at work on time and to notify their supervisor if they will be absent or late. Repeated tardiness or absences may result in disciplinary action.

Professional conduct: Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, including being respectful and courteous to coworkers and clients.

Confidentiality: Employees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of company information and client data. Any unauthorized disclosure of such information may result in disciplinary action.

Workplace safety: Employees are expected to follow all safety guidelines and procedures in the workplace. Any safety concerns should be reported to a supervisor immediately.

Use of company resources: Employees are expected to use company resources responsibly and for business purposes only. This includes company-owned equipment, supplies, and internet access.

Work performance: Employees are expected to perform their job duties to the best of their ability and to meet the expectations of their position. Any concerns about work performance should be discussed with a supervisor.

Personal conduct: Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the company, including avoiding any illegal or unethical behaviour.

Termination: Employment with Defenzelite is at-will, which means that either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause.
